Virgin Atlantic has slashed the cost of upper-class tickets on 13 of its international routes flying out of London Heathrow.
This will cover seven US destinations including New York, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
Equally, fares to global destinations of Delhi and Mumbai in India, Shanghai in China, and Lagos and Nairobi in Africa will also be cut.
Return fares start from around £1,099 including all taxes and charges, and the offer will run until June 24th 2008 and cover flights up to the 31st of December.
Paul Dickinson, Virgin Atlantic sales & marketing director, said that the Virgin Atlantic upper-class passenger journey is now "better than ever".
Virgin has established an upper-class wing at London Heathrow that allows passengers to travel from their limousine to the well-stocked lounge in under ten minutes.
The limo driver checks in the passengers while in-transit so that they can pass through a private security channel and then straight into the Virgin Atlantic clubhouse.
"(With) our new upper-class wing at Heathrow, passengers are getting through to our award-winning clubhouse quicker than ever giving them time to relax before their flight," said Mr Dickinson.
"So these upper-class sale fares on offer for travel throughout the year make the opportunity to fly upper-class too good to turn down," he added.
Virgin revealed recently that problems at Heathrow's Terminal 5 had attracted thousands of new passengers to its brand-new facility in Terminal 3.
