Terrible Customer Services

American Airlines has the worst customer services in the industry. Not only did they loose mine and my husbands luggage, it was stored in an unsecure location for a week, where all my valubles were stollen. We had to go on a cruise for seven days without any news from them or compensation and on top of that they are not do not answer any of there telephone numbers. I am appauled and would never recomend the airline.
